Our friendly and competent team will help you with your application and answer to every question you have. After booking the required German visa course, you transfer 50 % of the course fee in asdvance. Afterwards, you are going to receive the confirmation and the invoice with the note that you have transfered the fees. These and the other required documents you show the embassy at your appointment. You will need the following documents

  • your passport, that is valid for the whole duration of the course and six months beyond
  • prove of a health insurance, please contact us about that our partners will help you
  • the visa application itself
  • two recent photographs
  • the confirmation of your German intensive visa course
  • proof of the payment for your German intensive visa course
  • motivation letter

Sometimes it takes quite a while for the authorities to process your application, which is why we recommend to apply at least 6 weeks before your planning to come. In case the visa has not been granted upon the planned start of course, you can postpone the course up to four months for free.

In some cases, the visa application will be denied. In that case you are entitled to a refund of your deposit minus 250.00 € service fee in case you provide the notice of rejection and let us know about the denial before the planned start of course.
